What is the minimum order quantity for custom woven labels?
Our minimum order quantity starts at 50 units for standard woven designs, allowing small boutique brands to access professional-grade branding without large upfront costs.
How long does production and shipping usually take?
Production typically takes 7-10 business days once your artwork is approved. After production, shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I see a sample of my label before the full production run?
Yes, we provide a digital photo proof of your woven sample for approval. If you require a physical sample in hand, this can be arranged for an additional sampling fee.
What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?
We prefer vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF to ensure the highest resolution. However, we can also work with high-resolution .JPG or .PNG files if vector art is unavailable.
Are your labels OEKO-TEX certified and safe for infant clothing?
Absolutely. All our threads and materials are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, ensuring they are free from harmful substances and safe for skin contact, including baby apparel.
What is your return policy for custom-made products?
Because custom labels are manufactured to your specific design, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error that deviates from your approved proof.
