At Woven Labels, we strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your order isn't exactly what you envisioned, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products. Please note that custom-designed labels are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unused labels in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship to Studio

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
